The root of dandelion is rich in the carbohydrate inulin. Inulin is a soluble fiber that can help support the bacterial flora in your intestinal tract. Dandelion root has long been used for stomach, gallbladder, and liver conditions. It is also believed to help with many ailments, including acne, eczema, high cholesterol, heartburn, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes and in lowering your blood pressure.
Take upon onset of symptoms. Self-titrate by placing 3-5 drops under your tongue or evaporate 20-30 drops in warm water, tea, or juice. If taken daily, do not exceed 7-10 days of use.
