No Returns or Exchanges on product purchases. If your item was received damaged or you have not received your item within 7-10 business days (M-F) please contact livingearthsales@gmail.com.
All Jewelry products are made with love and are one of a kind. If at any time your jewelry is in need of repair, you will be responsible to pay all shipping fees to return the item. The product will then be fixed and shipped back to you. Living Earth will incur all shipping fees to get the product back to you. A fee will only be incurred if additional or upgraded beads/findings are needed for the repair. In this situation I would prefer to make sure we have discussed all options and have come to an agreement via email prior to sending the jewelry for repair.
